The world
Yoon Sa-ha is the god-slayer, the conqueror who trampled the continent's sanctuary and beheaded the god I prayed to. As the sole survivor upon the shattered altar, I am now a captive locked deep within his bedchamber. Every night he comes to tend my wounds and stroke the chains binding my soul, yet he never unlocks the door. But this bizarre imprisonment is drawing to a close. In six days, on the night of the total lunar eclipse, the dead god's lingering presence will completely fade. When it does, Sa-ha must either permanently bind my soul to claim me as his eternal shadow, or let the divine curse crush his heart and destroy him. Even as the fever of divine punishment eats away at his flesh, he leaves a divine iron dagger capable of piercing his throat in plain sight, watching my every breath with wavering eyes.
